Project Description

GRANT Engineering was retained by the Bowery Mission to assist the architect in the development of structural modifications to accommodate planned architectural changes to the building. Working closely with the architect and MEP engineer, GRANT was responsible for the design of steel dunnage on both the upper and lower roofs. GRANT was further retained to perform all structural special inspections as well as energy code inspections.
