Stephen A. Morse, PE, LEED AP
Principal in Charge

Stephen is a Civil Engineer with a diverse technical and management background in domestic and international building and infrastructure development and rehabilitation projects. He is the founder and leader of Grant Engineering. Stephen’s strengths include the management of scopes, schedules, budget and labor resources. His specialties are project management of subsurface investigations, feasibility studies, survey and design, and construction inspection services. Stephen is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Connecticut.

Rob Wainwright
Chief Financial Officer

Rob is responsible for a host of activities within Grant Engineering. Having worked in global banking institutions for 15+ years, Rob brings to bear his experience as a banking executive to lead all financing, reporting, and operational activities. He also acts as advisor to the Principal-In-Charge on all marketing and strategy related activities. Rob’s banking experience includes leadership roles within Corporate Finance, Securitization, and Trade Finance.

Oscar Enrique Padron, PE
Civil Engineer & Head of Quality Assurance

Oscar is a civil and electromechanical engineer, with over 40 years of experience in the US and abroad, successfully managing a multitude of projects. He oversees quality assurance to ensure compliance with specifications and standards for all special inspections, including concrete and structural masonry, support of excavation, steel structures, fireproofing, and fire-stopping. Oscar performs all manner of structural assessments and technical reviews and is an expert on code requirements.

Simon Raad
Co-Head, Special Inspections & Director, Systems and Strategy

Simon is the Director of Systems and Strategy, and Co-Heads Special Inspections at Grant Engineering. He has studied Applied Mathematics, English Literature, and the Cognitive Sciences at the Southern Methodist University and Columbia University, where he also taught and tutored for several years. A polymath with a diversity of interests, Simon is not only very talented in the sciences, he is also a great strategist and possesses outstanding communication skills.

Fabian Stephen Francis
Civil Engineer

Fabian is a Junior Engineer in the Structural Engineering department at Grant Engineering. He is a graduate of The City College of New York’s Grove School of Engineering. As a certified Engineer-In-Training, Fabian intends on pursuing a career of structural engineering design, and with his hard work and dedication he is already on track. His experience in both the office and field are reflected in his effective communication and attention to detail.

Supy Singh
Environmental Engineer

Supy provides on-site technical fieldwork, builds client relationships and writes high-quality reports to assist the client in understanding the conditions and measures that need to be taken at their project sites. Supy predominantly operates in GRANT’s Environmental department, executing site assessments, material sampling, data analysis, and reporting for a diversity of projects, including asbestos surveys, groundwater sampling, waste characterizations, Phase II site contaminant investigations, and building hazardous materials and energy consumption tracking and reporting.

Irisa Llana
Intern

Irisa is Grant Engineering’s Director of Online Marketing. She is responsible for our online presence and making sure our project summaries are up-to-date. Irisa is pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.

Boray Toktay
Intern

Boray is one of our Structural Engineering Interns working under a Senior Structural Engineer to assist with calculations, filing, CAD and Revit modeling, and any other tasks required for the delivery of small and mid-sized structural design projects. Boray is also a talented programmer and has supported the Systems and Strategy team in the development of systems for project management and client communication. He is pursuing a Civil Engineering degree at the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
