Project Description

With tenant comfort and code compliance in mind, our client engaged GRANT’s energy and environmental engineering teams to develop an energy reduction strategy. Cost savings were achieved by transitioning the heating system from oil to natural gas and by insulating the top floor. GRANT prepared an Energy Reduction plan (ERP) that was approved by the NYSERDA.
